There are two ways to choose a new school if you have been notified that your child's school did not make adequate yearly progress on the state test.
1. You may sumbit the paper form, or
2. Call the telephone bank. Phone numbers, dates and times are listed below.
Transferring to another school: The deadline for transferring your student(s) is August 29, 2008. You must contact Student Placement by this date if you are requesting a transfer. Requests after this date will not be considered under the No Child Left Behind transfer option.
